03 Reservations & Bookings

All reservations made through this website are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a written confirmation email from Avika Hotels.

• Rates displayed are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in for all guests
• Avika Hotels reserves the right to decline a reservation at its sole discretion
• Prices are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed
• Special requests (room type, floor, view) are noted but cannot be guaranteed

04 Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation policies vary by hotel, rate type, and season. The specific policy applicable to your booking will be clearly stated at the time of reservation. General guidelines:

• Flexible rates: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a charge equivalent to one night's stay.
• Non-refundable rates: No refund in case of cancellation or no-show.
• Packages: Package bookings may require full prepayment and may carry different cancellation terms as specified at booking.
• No-show: Full reservation cost will be charged in the event of a no-show without prior notice.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–14 working days to the original payment method.
