Avika Hotels was founded in 2009 on a single, unwavering belief — that true luxury is not a price point, it is an experience. An experience crafted with intention, rooted in place, and delivered with warmth.

We started with one property in Jaipur — a 19th-century haveli that most developers had written off as too old, too worn, too difficult. We saw something else: a soul. Fifteen years later, we have lovingly restored 14 such properties across 7 of India's most storied destinations.

Each Avika hotel is different — in its architecture, its cuisine, its landscape. But all share the same spirit: a deep respect for place and people, and a conviction that the best hospitality feels less like a service and more like coming home.
